about dale and ann

Ann and Dale make their home in Tokyo, Japan, serving as missionaries with the Evangelical Free Church of Canada Mission. They first moved to Japan as missionaries in 1984. They have three children--Kristy, Bryan, and Matthew--all studying in universities.

Ann is from Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Dale is a Canadian citizen who claims to be from Vancouver BC, but was born and raised in Japan as a "missionary kid." They met while seminary students at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in greater Chicago. Ann holds an M.A. in Christian Education, and Dale holds both an M.Div. and a Ph.D. (systematic theology), all earned at TEDS.
