TMCC leadership

The leadership and initiative for TMCC is based in Tokyo. We oursleves (Dale and Ann) will carry the primary responsibility for leading the TMCC church planting project.

But the project is being done in partnership with the English Department of Musashino Chapel Center (Tokyo Musashino EFC), and therefore both the pastoral and lay leaders of MCC English Department will play a leadership role in the new project. For at least the first few years, Dale will be a part of the English Department board of MCC.

The church planting project utilizes a partnership model. Leadership will be based in Tokyo, but partners from outside Japan will be recruited. These partners can be individuals, churches, or mission agencies. Partnership will provide an opportunity for hands-on commitment to the project--for example, sending short term teams to TMCC. Partnership will require a financial commitment to the project.
