Tokyo Christian University (TCU) is located in Chiba prefecture to the east of Tokyo City. It is the only government accredited evangelical Christian university in Japan. The undergraduate program consists of a liberal arts program with an emphasis on theology, welcoming both Japanese and English speaking students. TCU also has a graduate school, primarily intended for Japanese speaking students.

Since April 2005 Dale has been a part time lecturer in theology at TCU in the Asian Christian Theological Studies for English Students program. He teaches Theology of Church and Church History. His students come from countries like India, Nepal, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the USA. So, unlike his teaching at Japan Bible Seminary, at TCU he teaches in English.
